We propose to make a Laser Undulator Compact X-ray source using SAMEER type side coupled S-band linac and KEK type technology. Details of ATF type RF gun, SAMEER type linac and ATF type Laser cavity chamber are described in the paper. The side coupled structure and pi/2 mode will make the system more compact and will make high repetition rate operation possible there by increasing the X-ray yield.
